Preparing for the Commonwealth Games
there will be an Ecumenical Prayer Walk next Saturday 3rd August leaving St Leo’s at 10.30 and returning at 12.00. The walk will go to the proposed site of the new Hospice (the Nursery at Bellahouston Park near the Walled garden), then to Ibrox Parish Church, Kinning Park Parish Church and then back past Ibrox Stadium (one of the Commonwealth Games venues. At each stop there will be a prayer for local and city intentions. Come on the walk if you can— tea and buns after it in St Leo’s Hall. Morning Mass that day will be at 9.30.
