25thAnnual Christian Passover shared by St Leo’s, Kinning Park and Ibrox Parish Churches will take place at 7.00 on Thursday April 11thin St Leo’s.  Special celebration including a meal – please put it in your diaries, or on your wall chart, or in your memory.


On this 5th Sunday of Lent we ask that the hardships and trials we undergo may help us grow in faith.      Lord, hear us

We pray for our parish that we may grow together as a community in mutual support and friendliness.       Lord, hear us

We pray for those all the churches in our area, for our civic representatives and for the work of Dumbreck Community Council.
     Lord, hear us

For our country, Ireland  and the European Union:  that we may be guided to take the right decisions for the well-being of us all,

and that necessary reforms be found and implemented both in Europe and in the UK.   Lord, hear us

For the sick and housebound of our families, friends and community: including Frances Dunlop,  Mary Bradley, Douglas Miller, John Dunne, Margaret Browne, Yvonne Watt, Cathie Gilbert, Anne Judge, Sandra Barlow, Jerry Connor, and the patients in the local Hospice.  We also pray for those who serve the community in the armed forces.      Lord, hear us

We pray for those who have died recently including Moira Montgomery,  Fr Peter McKelvie, Mgr Robert McDonald, Mgr Jack Sheridan, Moira McDermott, Derek MacDonald, Kay Fernandez, Ann O’Hanlon.  We pray for those whose anniversaries fall about now including  Peter Gibson, Michael Kennedy, Chrissie and Pat Higgins, David McKenna, Margaret Smith, Gerald Gibson, and for all who mourn         Lord, hear us
