Let’s pray for the people throughout the world who are supported by SCIAF with the means given by us and other people in Scotland.  Lord, hear us.

Let’s pray that the United Nations, our own country, and the richer nations of the world, will work together to share out the resources of the world with those most in need.  Lord, hear us

Let’s pray for the Church, and for the Cardinal electors, as we await the election of a new Pope for the Church. And on this feast of St John Ogilvie, we pray for those who are persecuted for their beliefs.   Lord, hear us

For children who make their First Confession during Lent, and for all who are preparing to come into full communion with the Church or to be baptized at Easter: Lord, hear us

For people everywhere affected by War, poverty and hunger, especially in the Holy Land, the Middle East and Africa, and Korea.    Lord, hear us

For our deceased relatives, friends & fellow-parishioners, including Tom McCread, Campbell Black, Walter Bauld, Willie Boyle, Cathie MacLean, Judith Morrison, and Martin Taggart..   We pray also for all those whose anniversary falls about now, including Fr McPartland.  Let’s pray also for those killed by violence  or injured serving in the armed forces.  Lord, hear us
